Project Brief
The clients of this 2 bedroom flat in Stockwell, London, required a thorough renovation of their property in order to achieve the maximum amount of rental income. The renovation included a new bathroom, full painting throughout and maintenance on the fitted kitchen including additional plumbing.
Bathroom Completed

Poorly designed original bathroom with over-sized sink. Tiling was dated and certainly needed to be renewed.
The Process
Listening to the client brief and specifying each individual item of work was paramount. This was a straight forward project except for the possible reconfiguration of the troublesome bathroom. Numerous design layouts of the bathroom were created and a bespoke sink/toilet unit was designed, manufactured and installed. An estimate was provided which specified all works required plus a small contingency to be available if required.
Design Options
The image below shows the final layout configuration decided upon after numerous possibilities. It was decided that this layout was the most appropriate design and cost. The glass installation was a particularly interesting task to complete due to the position of the window.
Bespoke Furniture Design
I designed and had manufactured a piece of fitted furniture to house the toilet cistern and to sit the sink upon.
